I love the number ‘3’. I recommend choosing 3 skills from the list that call your attention. (Try not to overthink as all of the skills are interconnected!)
Schedule your sessions 2 -4 weeks apart. It’s enough time to practice what you’re learning and just right for gaining momentum. -
In a word: Yes. These 9 skillsets are foundational. Core skills to navigating life. (And developed with my own qualifications in mind.)
In our first session you will clarify your challenges, hopes and goals. So, bring your ideas and we’ll have a conversation.
Chances are your specific priorities such as “deciding where to go to college” or “how to save money” will be supported by these foundational skills!
(Example: If you desire support around “being financially organized” I would suggest a focus on “Making Decisions, Embracing Emotions and Defining Success.”)

Yes. In-person sessions can be arranged at my Minneapolis/St. Paul location but in-person is scheduled differently — not using the digital system. Reach out via email to inquire.

I offer one complimentary info session and encourage young people and their parents, caregivers to join in together.
The one-to-one coaching sessions for those aged 15-25 are uniquely beneficial to discover and learn and so parents/caregivers are not allowed to join in for sessions.
Instead, I encourage young people to share their resources and action plans along the way. My hope is there is inspiration to talk about new ideas! And I do recommend special sessions for young people with their Parents/Caregivers! Welcome to schedule at any time.

Nope. Not from me anyway. Do we really need more posts or reels? Nope. Your coaching skill sessions will include evidence-based guides — no gimmicks. And you’ll get live, real-human-being support. Doesn’t that sound kind of nice?
I’m Jessica. Teacher, coach and mom.
I was once an uncertain and way-too-shy young person. I struggled with lots of new experiences.
Mostly, I’ve learned a lot.
I love working with emerging adults. I launched 3 internship programs. Taught at 2 different colleges. Always volunteering as a mentor. And I’m a mom of a few soon-to-be grown-ups myself.
