9 life-long skillsets

I’m Jessica. Teacher, coach and mom.

I was once a very uncertain and way-too-shy young person. I struggled with lots of uncomfortable new experiences and surprised myself with delightful successes, too.

Mostly, I’ve learned a lot. Stuff I’m really excited to share. Because this world needs more wise, kind and innovative grown-ups.

Now, I’ve had a pretty great 25-year career as a creative director and communication coach. Always loving helping young adults, I launched 3 different intern programs. Taught at 2 different colleges. Always serve as a mentor. And I’m a mom of a few emerging adults myself.

Schedule your sessions 2 -4 weeks apart. It’s enough time to practice what you’re learning and just right for gaining momentum.

  • These 9 skillsets were developed with my own qualifications in mind. These lessons are so foundational, chances are your suggestions just might fit into one. So, bring your ideas and we’ll have a conversation.

However, I’ve learned that focus in important! So, if you desire really specific skills like job interview or financial literacy skills — there are many great resources and people out there who can help.
