Say nothing.
The hardest thing I've ever said is nothing. (Now, stay with me for a moment.)
We do need to speak up. Speak out. Use our voices to stop, start and change something. Sometimes fast. Sometimes loud.
But sometimes in our day-to-day lives, very thankfully, we can slow down. Quietly. Take our time. And we can experiment with saying nothing. At least not yet...
Instead of speaking, we observe. We listen. We observe and listen some more.
Then when we do speak, we have given ourselves so much more wisdom to work with. And what we say begins to lead us where we want to go. Together.
